Second Grade students continue to master mousing skills within several
painting and word processing programs and apply these
skills to the Core Content areas of the curriculum. Students in second
grade can readily locate program icons, START menu, menu bars in the various
programs, desktop, folders and documents on the computer and student server.
Second Grade students Save documents and also Export documents out of the
paint programs to use in the word processor program. This school year we have also begun to explore using
PowerPoint in the second grade. |
