  • The Use of Facilities Application Process for Summer Activities (June 16th - August 31st) is Open from April 1st through June 9th.
  • The Use of Facilities Application Process for Fall Activities (September 1st - November 30th) is Open from June 10th through October 6th.
  • The Use of Facilities Application Process for Winter Activities (December 1st - March 31st) is Open from October 7th through March 2nd.
  • The Use of Facilities Application Process for Spring Activities (April 1st - June 15th) is Open from March 3rd through June 8th.

NOTICE TO APPLICANT

By submission of this document It is hereby understood and agreed that, if this application is granted the undersigned will assume all and exclusive responsibility for the preservation of order and the sole and exclusive liability for any injury to persons, and any damages to, or loss of property that may result from this use; and for the observance of all regulations and procedures of the Hoboken Board of Education as defined in the Board of Education Use of Facilities Policy 7510 and Use of Facilities Regulation 7510.
